What the Dispatcher Will Ask
The dispatcher will ask for your address, what happened and when it started. They will ask where the water is, whether it is clean or dirty and whether anyone is in danger. These questions help decide which service to start with.
Have your insurance information nearby if you have it, but do not delay the call to find it.
Emergency or Planned Work
If water is spreading or there is an electrical risk, treat it as an emergency and call right away. If you have a stain, a smell or a question about a past leak, you can call during the day to talk through options.
