Not Sure If We Serve Your Address?

Call and give the dispatcher your street address. Service areas are not drawn on a hard line, and nearby addresses outside these towns may still be reached. The dispatcher will tell you honestly if a job is outside the area.

Do not wait to find out. The sooner a crew knows your location, the sooner they can plan the trip.

What Changes From Town to Town

Each town has its own water providers, building departments and local conditions. Those details affect permits, secondary water and what causes problems in a basement. Our town pages explain what we found from primary sources.

Where we could not confirm a detail, we say so and suggest you ask the city.

Lehi: Home Base at Traverse Mountain

Our home base is Lehi, at 3900 N Traverse Mountain Blvd. Lehi had about 95,000 residents in July 2025 according to the Census Bureau, and about 75 percent of its housing units are owner-occupied. The city runs its own water department, which handles culinary water, pressurized irrigation, sewer and storm drains.

Lehi's pressurized irrigation season runs from April 15 to October 15, so lines are charged in spring and drained in fall. That matters for anyone dealing with a broken sprinkler line or a spring surprise in a yard.

American Fork and Pleasant Grove

American Fork was incorporated in 1853, and its 1903 City Hall on Church Street is listed on the National Register. The city's pressurized irrigation system was built between 2007 and 2010 and most homes are connected. Pleasant Grove was settled in 1850 and does not offer secondary water west or south of State Street.

Each page covers the water systems, the building department and what we found on local risks.

Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain and Draper

Saratoga Springs has grown about 63 percent since April 2020 by Census estimates, and its city flood page says cloudbursts are more common than river flooding. Eagle Mountain has no secondary water system yet, and owners are responsible for their service line to the right-of-way.

Draper is in Salt Lake County and has a history of post-fire mudflows and cloudburst runoff. It also has two water providers, so ask which one serves your address.

Reading a Town Page Before You Call

Each town page lists the ZIP code we serve, the water systems that operate there and the building department to ask about permits. It also lists emergency touchpoints, such as where the main shutoff usually sits and what to do before a crew arrives.

If you rent, the same pages help you know what to ask your landlord. If you own, they help you compare a written scope against what the town actually requires.

What Does Not Change From Town to Town

  • Dispatch is open 24/7 from Lehi
  • Scope and price are explained before work starts
  • Moisture is measured and recorded during drying
  • Damaged materials are removed only when they cannot be dried
  • Same-day response is available when crews are free

Those points apply in every town. What changes is the local context, such as secondary water, soil and the age of the housing stock.

Roads, Access and Getting to You

We do not publish drive times or distances, because traffic and crew locations change by the hour. What we can say is that Lehi sits between the towns on this page, which is why dispatch is organized from Traverse Mountain.

Give the dispatcher your cross streets and any gate or access notes. That saves time when the crew is on the road.

If your address is on the edge of a town, call anyway. The dispatcher confirms coverage by street address, not by city name.
